Most of my couples are planning a North Shore wedding from somewhere else — another state, sometimes another country.
I’m Rhonda, the owner and lead planner behind Raise A Glass Weddings & Events, and I’m your local partner here in Boston’s North Shore, MA.
Whether you’re planning from down the street or from across the country, I bring clarity, organization, and calm to a process that can feel overwhelming from a distance.
On your wedding day, I’m there running the show — and for larger celebrations, I bring in trusted associate planners so every detail is covered.
Investments start at $3300.
Investment varies by package, venue, guest count, and the complexity of your event. After your free consultation, I’ll send a custom proposal tailored to your wedding.
“Raise a Toast”
Wedding Management ( Coordination)
Also known as month-of or day-of coordination
You’ve poured your heart into planning your wedding, and as the day approaches, the details can start to feel overwhelming. With Raise a Toast, you lead the early planning, and I step in as your Certified Wedding Planner for the final stretch. I learn your wedding inside and out and become your trusted partner for everything that remains.
I review your vendor contracts, confirm logistics, and build a detailed timeline that keeps every professional aligned and prepared. We meet to walk through your vision, your family and wedding party details, and your venue. Then I take over communication with your vendor team, so you can shift from managing details to enjoying the anticipation.
This package includes rehearsal and full wedding-day coordination. I manage the timeline, vendor arrivals, and the flow of your ceremony and reception, with the support of a coordinator assistant, so you can be fully present. It’s ideal if your venue and vendors are booked and you want an experienced professional to make sure nothing is missed.
Wedding Management is designed for venues with established on-site operations. Private estates, farms, and tented properties may need added support, so ask me about options.

Inspiration is easy to collect and hard to turn into one cohesive look. Curated Pour pairs everything in Raise a Toast with design consulting, so your wedding feels unified, intentional, and unmistakably you.
We begin by uncovering your style. Then I guide you through design options, color palettes, and decisions for your ceremony, reception, and paper details. Your vision comes together in a vision board you can access anytime in your client portal. I communicate with your florist, rental company, and other design vendors so everyone works from the same vision.
As your Certified Wedding Planner, I stay on as your coordinator, managing the rehearsal and your full wedding day so the design you created is carried out as planned. Design consulting is guidance and direction. Hands-on décor styling, sourcing, and installation are separate services, and I’m happy to recommend professionals who provide them.

A clear, shared timeline for your entire weekend, so you, your wedding party, and your guests always know what’s happening and when.
Exit & End-of-Night Logistics
Support for the final part of your evening, including your formal exit, transportation timing, vendor wrap-up communication, and gathering personal items according to the plan. This does not include décor setup or extensive teardown of client-provided décor. If your wedding calls for a dedicated team, I’m happy to recommend professionals.
“Champagne Dreams”
Full-Service Planning
Planning a wedding can feel like a second job. Champagne Dreams gives you a calm, organized partner from your earliest decisions through your wedding night. I begin by getting to know you as a couple and what matters most to you. Then I guide your budget, recommend and coordinate your vendor team, and keep your planning on track.
I help with vendor selection and contract review, food and beverage decisions, invitations, and the many details between “we’re engaged” and the rehearsal, and I serve as your single point of contact for your team. If you’re planning from outside Massachusetts, I’m your local North Shore resource, helping you navigate venues, vendors, and regional details without traveling for every decision.
This package includes rehearsal and full wedding-day management, so the plans we build together are executed exactly as intended. It’s ideal for busy couples, out-of-state and international couples, and anyone who wants guidance from the start.
***Planning a wedding at a private estate, farm, or tented property? These celebrations need additional production management. I’ll tailor a plan after our consultation.
*A Note on Venue & Event Scope: > Our baseline rates reflect celebrations hosted at established venues with dedicated on-site venue management and existing operational infrastructure. Celebrations hosted at private residences, farms, tented lawns, or blank-canvas properties may need the added support of a dual-role in venue management, utility mapping, and specialized logistics.
Social & Milestone Events
While weddings are my primary focus, I also offer planning support for select private celebrations, including:

- and other meaningful gatherings
Availability for social events is limited and based on the scope, date, and location.
