Wedding Coordination & Full-Service Planning

Most of my couples are planning a North Shore wedding from somewhere else — another state, sometimes another country.

I’m Rhonda, the owner and lead planner behind Raise A Glass Weddings & Events, and I’m your local partner here in Boston’s North Shore, MA.

Whether you’re planning from down the street or from across the country, I bring clarity, organization, and calm to a process that can feel overwhelming from a distance.

On your wedding day, I’m there running the show — and for larger celebrations, I bring in trusted associate planners so every detail is covered.

Investment

Full-service planning and wedding coordination packages start at $3,600. Custom proposals are tailored following your initial consultation based on guest count, venue infrastructure, and event complexity.

“Raise a Toast”

 Wedding Day Coordination

Best for couples who have planned most of their wedding but want a certified planner to step in, organize the final details, coordinate vendors, and manage the wedding day from start to finish.

You’ve poured your heart into planning your wedding.

Now it’s time to have a professional bring all of the moving pieces together.

In the months leading up to your wedding, I review your plans, build and refine your timeline, communicate with your vendor team, confirm logistics, and help make sure the day flows smoothly.

On your wedding day, I manage the timeline, vendor arrivals, ceremony and reception flow, and the behind-the-scenes details so you can be fully present.

This package is ideal if you have already booked your venue and vendors but want experienced support to make sure nothing is missed.

*Note: Venues without a dedicated on-site coordinator or built-in operational infrastructure (such as private estates, farms, or tented lawns) transition into our Blank Canvas & Production Management Tier to ensure seamless dual-role execution on event day.

Best for busy couples, out-of-state couples, international couples, or anyone who wants guidance from the early planning stages through the wedding day.

If you want a more supported planning experience, this package gives you a trusted local planner by your side from concept to celebration.

I help with budgeting, vendor recommendations, venue and logistics support, design direction, planning checklists, timeline creation, vendor communication, and wedding day management.

For couples planning from outside Massachusetts, I can also serve as your local North Shore resource, helping you navigate venues, vendors, timing, and regional details without needing to travel for every decision.

This package is ideal if you want professional guidance, thoughtful organization, and a calm planning partner throughout the process.

*Custom Investment: Tailored to your venue scope. Celebrations hosted at private residences, multi-day estates, or non-traditional outdoor venues require specialized logistics, power/utility integration, and full site-management oversight, quoted upon initial consultation.

Popular Enhancements

Our enhancements add customization to fit your unique wedding needs

These options are designed to add support in specific areas, not replace full planning or coordination.

Available add-ons may include:

  • Venue research and selection support
  • Rehearsal dinner planning
  • Farewell brunch planning
  • Wedding weekend timeline support
  • Exit and end-of-night logistics

Exit & End-of-Night Logistics: This add-on helps coordinate the final portion of the evening, such as your formal exit, transportation timing, vendor wrap-up communication, and making sure personal items are gathered according to the plan.

Please note: this does not include full decor setup, decorating services, or extensive teardown of client-provided decor.

If your wedding requires a dedicated decor setup or breakdown team, I’m happy to recommend professionals who offer that service.

If you are not sure what level of support you need, I’m happy to talk through your plans and recommend the best fit.

“Vintner’s Reserve”

Full-Service Planning + Guest Logistics & Transportation

Best for out-of-state and destination couples whose wedding weekend involves multiple hotels, guest travel, and getting everyone where they need to be — on time, worry-free.

Many of my couples are planning a North Shore wedding from somewhere else entirely. That means your guests need more than an invitation — they need a ride.

This package includes everything in Full-Service Planning, plus dedicated coordination of your wedding weekend’s transportation and guest logistics: researching and securing hotel room blocks, sourcing and contracting shuttle or car service vendors, building the pickup and drop-off schedule for your wedding party and guests, and managing multiple runs to and from the hotels throughout the evening.

I handle the vendor calls, the timing, and the logistics map — so your out-of-town guests feel taken care of, and you’re not fielding “how do I get back to the hotel” texts on your wedding day.

This package is ideal if your wedding involves hotel room blocks, guest shuttles, or multiple pickups and drop-offs for your wedding party and guests.

*Custom Investment: Tailored to your venue scope. Celebrations hosted at private residences, multi-day estates, or non-traditional outdoor venues require specialized logistics, power/utility integration, and full site-management oversight, quoted upon initial consultation.

*A Note on Venue & Event Scope: > Our baseline rates reflect celebrations hosted at established venues with dedicated on-site venue management and existing operational infrastructure. Celebrations hosted at private residences, farms, tented lawns, or blank-canvas properties transition into our Blank Canvas & Production Management Tier to account for the additional dual-role venue management, utility mapping, and specialized logistics required.

Social & Milestone Events

While weddings are my primary focus, I also offer planning support for select private celebrations, including:
  • rehearsal dinners
  • bridal showers
  • milestone birthdays
  • brunches
  • and other meaningful gatherings

Availability for social events is limited and based on the scope, date, and location.
