Boston Destination Event: A North Shore Homecoming
This New Jersey-based couple, originally from the North Shore, wanted to celebrate their marriage with local friends and family. They envisioned a memorable post-wedding brunch that blended local charm with a festive atmosphere.
The Perfect Venue: Hawthorne Hotel, Salem
The lower level of the historic Hawthorne Hotel in downtown Salem was the chosen venue, thanks to its unique, ship-like ambiance and central location. This allowed out-of-town guests to easily explore Salem’s downtown attractions and festivities. We collaborated closely with the Hawthorne’s catering staff to craft a delicious brunch menu that everyone enjoyed.
Lighting and Entertainment Transformed the Space
A key element in bringing this event to life was our lighting and DJ team. Given the lower level’s lack of windows, strategic lighting was crucial. Our team used skilled uplighting to transform the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Combined with engaging music, a photo booth, and fun props, the event was a resounding hit, leaving guests with lasting memories.
