How far in advance should we book your services?
We recommend booking our services at least 12 months in advance to ensure availability and ample time for planning. You don’t want to wait until you are overwhelmed, but you also don’t want to be planning for too long. I recommend hiring your wedding coordinator the right way, even for the “Day of” coordination. You’ll want to get a signed contract to ensure the wedding coordinator is available on your wedding date.
What services do you offer for weddings?
We provide comprehensive wedding planning services, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and day-of coordination to ensure a seamless experience.
Can you accommodate specific themes or cultural traditions?

This all sounds wonderful, but will it save us time and money?
YES! The average couple spends over 300 hours planning their wedding (without a planner). Much of that time is spent looking for vendors and then meeting with them one after another until you find the perfect one. As wedding coordinators/ planners, we have done the research and formed relationships with quality vendors. By getting to know you, we can recommend the best vendors to fit your personality and budget. This service alone will save you many hours of research. Hours you can now spend with your fiancé, family, and working (make more money). Plus, we are often able to find vendors and venues that couples have never heard of before. For example, one of my former clients saw an item she wanted on Pinterest but was unable to get it delivered on time. I was able to reach a local vendor connection who designed and delivered the piece within the week!

We're getting married in MA but live in another state. Can you still help us?
YES, we work with many out-of-state couples. We have clients who have lived in NJ, NY, CA, UT, GA, and even the UK. Having a wedding planner in this situation is quite beneficial since you don’t likely have the time to fly in to meet with vendors, etc.
This sounds exactly what we have been looking for. How do we get started?
The next step would be to fill out the contact form. Our certified wedding planner will reach out to set up a meeting to make sure our personalities mesh, and we would both like to work together. If we are a good fit for each other, then we will sign the contract and start planning your big day!
