Three-state planning, one beautifully coordinated North Shore wedding.
Laura and Alex planned their October wedding at Rockport Country Club while living in two different states, California and Utah, while I coordinated with them from Massachusetts.
With the couple and planner all working from three different states, clear communication, organization, and trust were essential from the very beginning.
I helped keep the planning process moving by coordinating details with the couple and their vendor team, organizing key decisions, and making sure everyone stayed aligned from afar.
Even with the distance, we were able to create a wedding day that felt thoughtful, personal, and beautifully managed.
From vendor communication and planning check-ins to timeline creation and wedding day coordination, my role was to bring the moving pieces together so Laura and Alex could feel supported throughout the process.
The result was a memorable October wedding celebration on the North Shore, planned across three states and brought together with care at Rockport Country Club.
